What does it mean to be a member?To become a member you must register and confirm your email. After membership is confirmed, in order to bid you will need to submit: proof of funds (if paying cash), or send a Pre Approval letter from a licensed mortgage lender. How to place an offer? And what to expect during the process.HOW TO PLACE AN OFFER You must be a registered member of our site. Registration is currently FREE. Working with a Realtor is required. Once the winning offer is achieved a Realtor MUST facilitate the entire process from offer, contract submission, inspections to closing. If you need an agent, we can provide one of our “Certified EZ Real Estate Agents” who work with online buyers, please call or email our team at (800) 231 0058 or info@EZREOffers.com. This is all we do and are experts at guiding you through the process. In addition, there may be cost savings available to you. If you have an agent, simply provide their name and contact information when registering. CLICK HERE to read the complete buying instructions. NOTIFICATIONS During the buying process you will receive several emails. You will receive one each time you place a offer, are outbid and at the end of the sale to notify you if you of the outcome of the sale. Please check your junk mail folder. OFFER INCREMENTS Placing offers will be done in increments. Increments may be adjusted during process by our team. Adjustments may occur during extensions. END OF SALE At the end of the sales time period all buyers will receive a notification of the outcome.

Can I use a lender?Yes, you can use a lender. However, in order to submit a offer, you will need to provide us with a “pre-approval” from a licensed mortgage lender. Once you register one of our agents will contact you and help with the process. There are cost and interest rate savings by working with our preferred lender. If you have any question on getting a home loan, contact us for more details. If you are paying cash, you must provide a “proof of funds” document prior to be approved to make any offers.

Is there a fee to register or place an offer?No, there are no fees required to register or place offers. However you must provide either proof of funds or a pre approval letter from a licensed mortgage lender.

What happens when my offer is selected?Upon being selected, your real estate agent will need to submit an MLS purchase and sales agreement and all applicable addenda within 24 hours to listing agent. Seller has the right to accept, counter or reject offer. If offer is accepted by seller you must open escrow with earnest money agreed to on PSA.

Viewing the home before placing offer?On most of our properties we will have an Open House the weekend prior to the end of the selling period. That will be the opportunity to view the home for all buyers. Please contact the Listing Agent identified on the Property page for information about any open homes scheduled for the property you are interested in. Or look over the Open House page.

What about a home inspection?SELLER PAID FOR INSPECTION Sellers are encouraged to get an inspection done prior to listing on the marketing platform. Buyer and or real estate agent can inquire at info@EZREOffer.com. SELLER DID NOT PAY FOR INSPECTION Should seller not have an inspection done prior, once sale is over the selected buyer can have their real estate agent submit inspection form with purchase sales agreement. Buyers or their agents can request an inspection at any time.

Where do our listings come from?The properties on this site are offered for sale by local real estate agents on behalf of private homeowners, wholesale investors and some Banks or Lending institutions.
